Refund policy

All of our products are carefully inspected and sanitized before shipment.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that is unused, unburned and in its original unopened packaging. Due to the nature of our products, opened packaging and used candles cannot be returned.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the original shipping cost.

Damaged in transit: email us at info@lateafternoons.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will process an exchange or a refund.
