The card arrives by email with its own code, right after checkout. Send it straight to them, or to yourself if you would rather print it and slip it into a card.
It works on everything in our online shop, and in person at our pop-ups: candles, wax melts, discovery kits and accessories. There is no expiry date, and whatever is left over stays on the card for next time. It cannot be used at the independent shops that carry our candles.
Every candle is hand-poured in small batches in Montréal, with coconut and soy wax and a wooden wick that crackles softly.
Taxes and shipping are added at checkout, as always.

Candle care + safety
〰️ Keep your wick trim to 1/8 - 3/16 inch before each burn.
〰️ Burn for 2-3 hours each time. Never burn longer than 4 hours. It will help the candle to burn evenly.
〰️ Keep wick centered and wax free of debris.
〰️ Cease use when the wax level reaches 1/4 inch.

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 1–2 business days in Québec and Ontario, 3–5 in the Atlantic provinces, 3–6 in the West, and 6–12 business days for France and the United Kingdom. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. (Processing times may vary during sales or new product launches.)

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that is unused, unburned and in its original unopened packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us at info@lateafternoons.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will process an exchange or a refund.
